Mit der damaligen zweiten Scheibe von BENIGHTED konnte ich nicht ganz so viel anfangen. Zu 08/15 und ausgereift kam der Sound rüber. Beim nun dritten Album 'Insane Cephalic Production' sieht das dann doch schon besser aus. Die Songs sind viel straighter geworden und den Black Metal-Anteil hat man über Bord geworfen. Lediglich beim teilweise eingesetzten heißeren Gekeife kann man noch solche Momente finden. Ansonsten regiert hier das absolute Knüppelbrett im Stile von SEVERE TORTURE, DEEDS OF FLESH oder KATAKLYSM. Ein wirklich solides Album, bei dem Fans der genannten Bands ruhig mal ein Ohr riskieren können.
